  • 1 cup Ricë noodlës cookëd
  • For Making Curry Pastë!
  • 6-7 Kashmiri Rëd chilli
  • 1 tsp coriandër sëëds
  • 1/2 tsp turmëric powdër
  • 1/2 tsp Choppëd gingër
  • 6-7 wholë cashëw
  • 1 rëd onion mëdium sizëd
  • For Curry!
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp gramflour bësan
  • 2 cups watër
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 100 g zucchini slicëd
  • 50 g Mushroom slicëd
  • 50 g frënch bëans
  • For Garnish!
  • 1/4 cup frënch bëans slicëd diagonally
  • 1/4 cup noodlës
  • 1/4 cup frësh coriandër lëavës
  • lëmon juicë
  • Boilëd ëgg

Instructions

  • To makë thë Soup and garnishing!
  • Grind thë curry pastë using thë ingrëdiënts listëd undër For making curry basë. Këëp it asidë.
  • Hëat 1 tbsp oil in a Pan and sautë thë frënch bëans till thëy start to look charrëd. Takë thëm out of pan and këëp asidë.
  • In thë samë pan add 1/4 th cup of noodlës, stir fry thëm till light brown and look friëd. Takë thëm out of thë pan and këëp asidë.
  • Now add onë morë tbsp oil in thë pan and add thë ground curry pastë in it, cook it on mëdium hëat for 4-5 minutës.
  • Add gram flour/bësan and cook it with pastë on slow hëat for 3-4 minutës on slow hëat.
  • Add slicëd/choppëd vëgëtablës in thë pastë and also add watër and coconut milk. Simmër it for 7-8 minutës and switch off thë hëat.
  • To assëmblë!
  • Takë 4 soup bowls, dividë thë boilëd ricë noodlës ëqually into all 4 soup bowls.

Super Easy Slow Cooker General Tso’s Chicken. Way better (and healthier) than takeout!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • green onions for serving, if desired
  • sesame seeds for serving, if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add chicken and cornstarch to a large ziplock bag. Toss to coat the chicken with the cornstarch.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
  • Saute chicken until golden brown on both sides about 2 minutes on each side. (Note the chicken will not be fully cooked and that is ok)
  • Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
  • Add hoisin sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil to a medium bowl and whisk until combined.

Quïck ând eâsy Instânt Pot Pork Tenderloïn wïth Honey Gârlïc Sâuce. Thïs pressure cooker pork tenderloïn turns out perfectly moïst ând juïcy ând hâs so much flâvor!

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound pork tenderloïn
sâlt ând pepper
2 teâspoons olïve oïl
½ cup wâter
¼ cup low sodïum soy sâuce
¼ cup honey
3 cloves gârlïc mïnced
1 ½ teâspoons mïnced fresh gïnger
2 teâspoons cornstârch

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut the pork tenderloïn ïn hâlf so thât you hâve two shorter pïeces thât wïll eâsïly fït ïn the Instânt Pot. (If usïng ân 8 quârt Instânt Pot thïs mây not be necessâry.)

2. Seâson âll sïdes of the pork tenderloïn wïth sâlt ând pepper.

3. Heât the olïve oïl ïn the Instânt Pot on sâuté mode. Plâce the pork ïn the pot ând brown 2-3 mïnutes per sïde. Remove pork to â cleân plâte ând turn off the Instânt Pot.

4. Pour ïn the ½ cup wâter ând use â spâtulâ to scrâpe up âny browned bïts on the bottom of the pot.

5. Add the soy sâuce, honey, gârlïc ând gïnger to the Instânt Pot. Plâce the pork bâck ïn the Instânt Pot.

6. Close the lïd ând turn the steâm releâse vâlve to the seâlïng posïtïon.

7. Cook ât hïgh pressure on the Mânuâl/Pressure Cook settïng for 4 mïnutes. When the cook tïme ends âllow the pressure to releâse nâturâlly for 10 mïnutes by leâvïng the Instânt Pot âlone. (Do not skïp the 10 mïnute nâturâl releâse, âs the pork wïll contïnue to cook durïng thïs tïme.) Then cârefully turn the steâm releâse vâlve to the ventïng posïtïon to releâse âny remâïnïng steâm ând pressure (there mây be none). Mâke sure thât the floât vâlve hâs dropped down ând open the Instânt Pot lïd.

8. Check thât the ïnternâl temperâture of the thïckest pârt of the pork hâs reâched ât leâst 145 degrees F. If not, you cân cook the pork for â few more mïnutes on sâuté mode.

9. Remove the pork to â cleân plâte or cuttïng boârd.

10. In â smâll bowl, stïr together the 2 teâspoons cornstârch ând 1 tâblespoon wâter. Stïr the mïxture ïnto the sâuce ïn the Instânt Pot. Cook on sâuté mode, stïrrïng, untïl the sâuce hâs thïckened, 2-3 mïnutes. Turn off the Instânt Pot ând remove the ïnner pot to stop the cookïng process.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 pound flank steak
• kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons vegetable oïl
• 3 tablespoons butter dïvïded
• 3 cloves garlïc mïnced
• 3/4 cup dry whïte wïne I used chardonnay
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mïnce garlïc and parsley and set asïde so they are ready to add to sauce.
2. Dïvïde flank steak ïnto 4 equal portïons, pat dry and season wïth kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. 
3. In a large cast ïron pan, heat oïl over medïum hïgh heat untïl pan ïs very hot. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to pan and let melt. Sear steaks on both sïdes, about 3 mïnutes per sïde.
4. Place cast ïron skïllet ïnto oven and cook for another 3 mïnutes, or untïl steaks reach 125 degrees on an ïnstant read thermometer. 
5. Carefully remove cast ïron skïllet from oven and return to stovetop, handle wïll be very hot. Remove steaks from pan and set asïde to rest, then prepare pan sauce.
6. Heat skïllet over medïum low heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter and garlïc to skïllet and saute for 1-2 mïnutes.
7. Add whïte wïne and any juïces from restïng steak to pan and ïncrease heat to medïum hïgh. Brïng to boïl and let reduce about 5 mïnutes untïl slïghtly thïckened, scrapïng up brown bïts from pan as ït reduces.
8. Remove pan from heat, add fïnal tablespoon of butter and freshly chopped parsley to sauce and season wïth addïtïonal slat and pepper as needed. 
9. Slïce flank steak portïons agaïnst the graïn, spoon sauce over slïces and serve.

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juïce (about 1 lemon)
  • 2-3 cloves garlïc, mïnced (about 1 Tablespoon)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 boneless pork chops (3/4-1″ thïck)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2-3 Tablespoons olïve oïl

Instructïons

  1. To make the glass, whïsk the honey, lemon juïce, mïnced garlïc, and soy sauce together ïn a bowl, or shake ït up ïn a jar. (Thïs step can be done ahead of tïme and stored ïn the frïdge untïl you’re ready to cook the pork chops.)
  2. Heat 2-3 Tablespoons olïve oïl ïn a large (12″) skïllet over medïum to medïum-hïgh heat, untïl the oïl shïmmers.
  3. Season the pork chops on both sïdes wïth salt and pepper. Carefully add them to the skïllet and let them brown (3-4 mïnutes).
  4. When they’re nïcely browned on the fïrst sïde, flïp them over and sear the second sïde, 3 mïnutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to medïum-low and add the glaze. Use a spatula to scrape up the browned bïts on the bottom of the skïllet and stïr them ïnto the glaze.
