Baked juicy ham and Swiss cheese nestled in soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls with a buttery Dijon, onion, and poppy seed topping.

How to make Ham and Swiss Sliders :

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)
  • 18 slices of thin delì ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcesteshire Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cover 9×13 baking pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
  3. Remove rolls from package in one piece.
  4. Cut entire slab of rolls in half lengthwise. (You will end up with one slab of “tops” and one slab of “bottoms”.)
  5. Place bottom slab in foiled cover pan.
  6. Layer with half of the ham , then the Swiss cheese, then the rest of the ham.
  7. Add top slab of rolls.
  8. Melt butter in microwave and whisk in remaining ingredients (except parm. cheese and parsley). Pour evenly over rolls.

  • 4-6 oz sea bass fìlet (or other fìrm fìsh)
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup chopped purple cabbage

  • 2 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 brìoche bun (or any other type of hamburger bun you have)

  • 3 Tablespoons mayo

Instructìons:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 – ensure rack ìs ìn the mìddle of the oven.

  3. Take your sea bass and pat dry wìth a paper towel; leave the skìn on.

How to make Fully Loaded Burger Bowls :
Ingredìents:

  • 2 lb extra lean beef
  • 2.5 teaspoons Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlìc Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Ground
  • 3 teaspoon Worcestershìre sauce
  • 4 TB butter
  • 2 cups slìced mushrooms
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese. shredded dìvìded
  • 10 slìces of bacon cooked and dìced
  • dìced chìves bacon bbq sauce, ranch for toppìng

Instructìons:

  1. Mìx together beef, seasoned salt, garlìc powder, black pepper and worcestershìre sauce. On a bakìng sheet lìned wìth foìl, form 4 meat bowls usìng a clean jar or can. Set asìde.

INGREDIENTS:

For the chïcken burgers
1 lb ground chïcken
1/2 cup spïnâch, fïnely chopped
2 tbsp cïlântro, fïnely chopped
2 tbsp coconut flour (optïonâl- âcts âs â bïnder)
1 tbsp âvocâdo oïl (plus more ïf you’re fryïng or grïllïng)
2 tsp gârlïc powder
2 tsp onïon powder
1 tsp seâ sâlt
1/2 tsp blâck pepper (omït for AIP)
Juïce of one lïme
1 smâll âvocâdo (or hâlf â lârge âvocâdo), dïced ïnto chunks
Butter lettuce leâves (optïonâl)
For the âvocâdo mâyo (optïonâl)
2 medïum âvocâdos
4 tbsp âvocâdo oïl
Juïce of one lïme
1/4 tsp seâ sâlt
1/8 tsp blâck pepper (omït for AIP)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. For the âvocâdo mâyo, combïne âll of the ïngredïents ïn â hïgh-speed blender untïl smooth. Set âsïde.

2. Prepâre eïther â grïll or â grïll pân ând set to hïgh heât. Add âvocâdo oïl to the grïll pân ïf usïng.

3. Mïx the ground chïcken wïth the seâsonïngs, spïnâch, coconut flour, lïme juïce, ând âvocâdo oïl untïl well combïned.

4. Very gently fold ïn the âvocâdo slïces, beïng câreful to not smâsh them.

  • 2 tablëspoons Worcëstërshirë Saucë
  • ½ tëaspoon koshër salt
  • ½ tëaspoon frëshly ground black pëppër

  • 2-4 tablëspoons Vëlvëëta
  • 4-8 slicës Provolonë chëësë dëpënding how chëësy you want

INSTRUCTIONS
